We recommend using mentoring hours that complement the L&D programs selected.
For example, lean learning workshops can be complemented by using hours to mentor a team lead piloting an MDI program in his or her area.
Consulting
We recommend using consulting hours that complement the L&D programs selected.
For example, lean learning workshops can be complemented by using hours for a value stream mapping activity and guiding implementation of tiered MDI meetings.
